Chantal van der Walt

Chantal van der Walt (SPHR) is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Outokumpu. Prior to this, Chantal held various HR positions at FLSmidth, including Vice President and Regional Head of HR for North America, Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Manager for East Coast Operations, Country Human Resources Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa, and HR Generalist. Chantal also has experience in recruitment and personnel roles at Thosu Placements, Truworths, and ING Barings. Chantal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial Psychology and Business Management from the University of South Africa.
