Abigail Brown

Abigail Brown currently serves as a CCS Care Coordinator at Outreach Community Health Centers since January 2023, following a role as a CSP Case Manager and SUD specialist at Milwaukee Mental Health Associates, Inc. from November 2021 to December 2022.
