Ben Briskorn

Ben Briskorn has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Ben is currently working as a Staff Software Engineer at Outreach since February 2022. In this role, they designed an Analytics Platform and developed a middleware API to connect Outreach's UI with the legacy data system. Ben also orchestrated a testing plan for the insights data transformation pipeline.

Prior to this, Ben worked at BitTitan from 2015 to 2022. Ben held various roles, including Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer II, and Software Design Engineer. Ben was responsible for architecting a platform for cloud management tasks, developing a workflow engine, implementing new technologies to modernize the platform, and designing and maintaining the back-end structure and REST API server for the MSPComplete product.

Ben also gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Groupon in 2014, where they built a scalable web application and maintained an existing project.
