Elizabeth Masterson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Elizabeth is currently employed at Outreach as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, a role they have held since May 2023. Before that, they worked at the same company as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager from December 2021 to May 2023.

Prior to their time at Outreach, Elizabeth worked at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a Principal Services Architect from November 2014 to December 2021. In this role, they were a subject matter expert in process improvement for services quoting practices and played a leadership and mentoring role. Elizabeth successfully closed over $20M of services implementation revenue during their tenure and had extensive experience with accounts of all sizes and industries.

From October 2009 to October 2014, they were a Services Architect, responsible for requirements discovery and developing Statements of Work for customer needs. Elizabeth was also involved in the optimization of quoting tools and building relationships with key decision-makers. Prior to that, from August 2006 to September 2009, they served as an Inside Sales Account Manager.

Elizabeth's earlier work experience includes roles at Oracle, where they worked as a Healthcare Partner Account Manager from January 2004 to August 2006 and a Technical Sales Consultant from June 1999 to January 2004. Elizabeth also worked at Elcom International as Quality Assurance/Customer Service from 1995 to 1999 and at Nine West Group as an Associate Account Manager from September 1993 to April 1995.

Elizabeth Masterson received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Allegheny College from 1989 to 1993. Elizabeth later pursued a Master's degree in Instructional Design from UMass Boston, studying from 2001 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Elizabeth obtained several certifications from Outreach in February 2022, including Outreach Admin Specialist, Outreach Closing Specialist, Outreach Manager Specialist, and Outreach Prospecting Specialist.
