Jason Allen-Lane has a diverse and extensive work history in Human Resources. Since 2021, they have been working as the EMEA People Team Site Leader/Sr. People Business Partner at Outreach, where they have led the scaling up of the London office and developed and implemented a people strategy for the EMEA region.

Prior to Outreach, from 2018 to 2021, Jason worked at RingCentral as a Senior Employee Experience Business Partner and later as an Employee Experience Business Partner for the EMEA region. In 2011, Jason served as an HR Cluster Manager at Jurys Inns Group Ltd, where they took ownership of the HR agenda across multiple hotels, managed the employee lifecycle, and played a strategic role in supporting HR objectives.

Jason began their HR career as a Human Resources Generalist at ITW Ltd. from 2006 to 2011, where they developed recruitment strategies, led performance management processes, and supported career development.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated expertise in scaling offices, developing and implementing people strategies, managing complex employee relations cases, and providing strategic guidance to leaders and employees.

Jason Allen-Lane completed a Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) in Human Resources Management at Dorset College from 2005 to 2006. Jason then pursued a BSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management (CIPD) at D.I.T from 2006 to 2010. Jason obtained the BSc (Hons) in Human Resources Management from CIPD in June 2010. Jason also obtained the CPP (Certificate in Personnel Practice) certification from CIPD (institution) at an unspecified date.
