Joshua Carter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joshua is currently employed at Outreach as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they utilize the sales execution platform to optimize go-to-market activities and increase efficiency.

Prior to their current position, Joshua worked at Subsplash as the Senior Manager of Customer Success. Here, they built and implemented the infrastructure for the Customer Success team, successfully scaling the department and introducing career development paths. Joshua also played a key role in implementing software solutions to streamline workflows and increase revenue.

Joshua began their career at Apple as a Specialist, where they gained valuable experience in customer service and technical support. Joshua then transitioned to Starbucks, where they worked as a Barista for almost five years.

Throughout their work experience, Joshua has demonstrated their skills in customer success, sales, team management, and process improvement.

Joshua Carter attended Biola University from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from Outreach, including Outreach Admin Specialist, Outreach Closing Specialist, Outreach Manager Specialist, and Outreach Prospecting Specialist. These certifications were obtained in February 2022.
