Kelly Shara

Kelly Shara has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2011, they served as the CEO of Kids Helping Kids Santa Barbara. In 2015, they interned at both ITAlliance and Masterplan Consultants, where they gained experience in land-use consulting, sales, and community advocacy. In 2016, they joined Box as a Sales Development Representative and later became an Outbound Business Representative. Kelly then transitioned to the role of Commercial Account Executive and eventually became a Senior Commercial Account Executive until April 2021. From April 2021 to December 2022, Kelly worked as a Mid Market Account Executive at Bazaarvoice. Currently, they are at Outreach, where they started as a Commercial Account Executive in December 2022 and was promoted to the role of Enterprise Account Executive in February 2023.

Kelly Shara attended Texas Christian University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in History.
