Laura Harris

Laura Harris has a diverse work experience starting from 2001. Laura began their career at Residential Management Systems, Inc., where they worked as a Technical Support Specialist from January 2001 to September 2002, and later transitioned to the role of Systems Integration Analyst from September 2002 to May 2004.

In 2004, they joined PeopleFluent as a Consulting Project Manager, and later became a Manager of Consulting Project Managers from February 2007 to November 2011.

From November 2011 to March 2015, Laura worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Red Hat, focusing on Contract Lifecycle Management, Operations, and IT HR and Payroll.

Laura then joined IHS Markit in September 2017 as an Associate Director, Salesforce Product Owner until February 2019. Laura was then promoted to the role of Associate Director, Salesforce Change Management and worked in this position until October 2019.

In 2019, Laura started working at Pendo.io as a Senior Sales Systems Manager and remained in this role until February 2021 when they were promoted to Director, Sales Systems. In July 2021, they joined Outreach as the Director of Revenue Technology, their current position.

Laura Harris earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from East Carolina University. Laura attended the university from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications. In 2017, Laura achieved the "Salesforce Trailhead Mountaineer Rank" from Trailhead by Salesforce. In 2018, they completed the "Fundamentals of Contract & Commercial Management" certification from IACCM. Laura'smost recent certification is the "Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)" obtained from Salesforce in December 2020.
