Lily Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lily began their professional career as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Axis Promotions in 2019. Lily then worked as a Retail Sales Associate at La Maison Raleigh from 2014 until 2020. During their time at Wake Forest University, where they were a Division 1 Student-Athlete from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Better as a Sales Development Associate, handling partnerships and later transitioned into an Account Executive / Loan Consultant role. Lily managed the full sales and loan cycle, providing account service to strengthen customer loyalty and was a licensed Loan Originator in 15 states. Recently, in 2022, they joined Outreach as an Account Executive, initially working with SMB clients and then transitioning to the commercial sector.

Lily Schneider holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General, which they obtained from Wake Forest University. Lily attended Wake Forest University from 2016 to 2020.
