Mike Reese has had a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike has held various roles in customer success, client services, sales, and project management. Currently, they are the Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success at Outreach since 2023. Previously, they worked at LivePerson where they served as the Global VP, Customer Success, Gainshare from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they held the position of VP, Customer Success, NA Strategic from 2020 to 2022, where they led a team responsible for driving usage, adoption, retention, and growth for LivePerson's NA Strategic account segment. Mike also served as a Client Partner, NA Enterprise from 2018 to 2020, where they managed a retail and technology portfolio, achieving significant revenue growth.
Mike also has experience in director-level positions, having worked as the Director, Customer Success, NA Enterprise at LivePerson from 2014 to 2017, and as the Director of Client Services at Sagility from 2012 to 2014. Mike started their career as a Technical Project Manager at Definition 6 in 2005, and prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at BellSouth in 2004.
Earlier in their career, Mike held the role of Web Manager at Eastridge Workforce Solutions from 2001 to 2004, and as a Project Manager at Digital Lighthouse Corp from 1999 to 2001. Mike began their career as a Web Developer at Xpedior (NDC Group) in 1998. Through their various roles, Mike has gained extensive experience in customer success, client services, sales, and project management.
Mike Reese attended James Madison University from 1993 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems.
