Sam Lee

Sam Lee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2013, Sam worked as an Associate at the Law Offices of Charles D. Soule, PLLC, where they provided legal advice to companies on employment-based immigration processes. Sam also filed for nonimmigrant work visas and petitions for individuals seeking work permits and permanent residency.

In the same year, Sam served as a Legal Intern at the Brooklyn Law School Incubator and Policy Clinic. During this time, they structured a non-compete agreement for a furniture company and organized an immigration and entrepreneurship panel event.

From 2015 to 2017, Sam worked as an Associate Attorney at Kriss & Feuerstein LLP, gaining experience in general legal matters.

In 2017, Sam joined J.P. Morgan as an Associate, further expanding their legal expertise.

Starting in 2019, Sam transitioned to Outreach, initially working as a Contractor at PayScale, Inc. Earlier this year, they became the Director of Legal at Outreach, responsible for overseeing legal operations. Prior to that, Sam held roles such as Sr. Managing Counsel, Senior Corporate Counsel, and Corporate Counsel, where they focused on contract management, risk assessment, and providing guidance to Sales and Customer Success teams.

Throughout their career, Sam has demonstrated a strong legal background and the ability to handle diverse legal responsibilities.

Sam Lee attended the University of Washington from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. During their time at the university, they studied at the Michael G. Foster School of Business. Following this, they attended Brooklyn Law School from 2011 to 2014, earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
