Following their undergraduate studies, Tali pursued a Master's degree in Political Science and Government at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2010 to 2012.

In 2020, Tali enrolled at the University of Washington to obtain a Certificate in Change Management, which is currently ongoing.

Apart from their formal education, Tali obtained additional certifications. In June 2020, they completed a Change Management certification from the University of Washington. Tali also has a Certified Administrator certification from Outreach, obtained in November 2021.
