Vanessa Merchant

Vanessa Merchant is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in driving sales and enabling customer success across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Global Account Executive at Outreach since July 2025, Vanessa previously held senior leadership roles at Seismic, including Senior Director of Global Sales and Senior Director of Enterprise Sales, where a focus on leveraging technology for personalized customer experiences was paramount. Prior to Seismic, Vanessa was a Senior Sales Account Executive at Webinato, responsible for closing significant accounts with major companies such as Amazon Web Services and CBS Interactive. Additional experience includes roles at Gimmal, PROS, and M&A State Tax Specialist, where Vanessa demonstrated proficiency in lead generation, appointment scheduling, and complex sales techniques. Vanessa holds an Associate of Applied Sciences in Accounting from Houston City College.
