Bob George

Bob George has extensive work experience in various leadership and technical roles. Bob is currently the Vice President of Software Engineering at Outset Medical, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Heru - The Wearable Diagnostic and Vision Augmentation Leaders. Bob also worked as the Head of Engineering for a confidential program at Amazon Studios and as the Director of Enterprise Solutions at SADA Systems. Bob has experience managing large-scale enterprise software development projects, serving as an Engineering Lead at ProTrans International. Bob's earlier roles include Senior Software Engineer at RealMed, Sr. Programmer/Analyst at Baldwin & Lyons, Inc., and Sr. Software Engineer at Vontoo. Bob began their career as a Research Scientist at the Center for Medical Genomics, where they focused on bioinformatics data platforms and software applications.

Bob George received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington in 2000. Bob then pursued their Master of Science in Computer Science at the same university and completed it in 2003.
