Trent Messina

Trent Messina is an experienced recruiting and account manager with a strong background in the low-voltage installation and electrical industries. Currently employed at Outsource since May 2019, Trent has progressed through various roles, from recruiter to senior recruiter and now to recruiting and account manager. Prior experience includes recruiting at Crewforce where the focus was also on low-voltage installers and electricians. Additionally, Trent has managerial experience from Kelley Jean's Restaurant, where responsibilities included coordinating operations, inventory management, and staff training. Early career roles as a stagehand with MVP Shows and an intern with INDMusic provided valuable insights into event production and music industry standards. Trent holds an Associate's degree from Rockland Community College and attended SUNY Oneonta.
