Alexandra Monteiro

Alexandra Monteiro is the current Vice President of People at OutSystems. Alexandra has been with the company since January 2018 and in their current role, they are responsible for designing and defining the global people agenda with a focus on culture, leadership development, learning, performance management, career management, and compensation strategies. Prior to their current role, they served as the Senior Director of People and the Director of People Operations at OutSystems. During their time with the company, they have been instrumental in creating and developing programs such as culture, leadership development, and career management during a period of high growth and change.

Alexandra Monteiro's educational career includes a degree in Career and Professional Development Studies from the University of Virginia, a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

They are on a team with Patrick Jean - CTO, Rui Pereira - VP, Digital Transformation, and Tiago Azevedo - CIO. Alexandra Monteiro reports to Paulo Rosado, CEO.
