Cheryl Hughes

Cheryl Hughes is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security engineering and training. Currently serving as the Lead Security Engineer at OutSystems since July 2021, Cheryl has previously held significant roles such as Staff Cyber Systems Security Engineer at Lockheed Martin and Senior Security Training Engineer at Palo Alto Networks. Earlier in the career, Cheryl worked as Senior Technical Trainer at F5 Networks and Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. Cheryl's background also includes academic positions as an Adjunct Professor in Information Technology at both the International Academy of Design and Technology and Harvard University Extension School. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
