Guillermo Hernandez is an experienced technology and management professional with a robust background in engagement management, customer success, and software solutions. As the Team Lead for Engagement Management at OutSystems since November 2023, Guillermo has previously held significant roles at Deloitte, where key responsibilities included driving services strategy for the OutSystems platform, and Cloud Development Resources, overseeing the Engagement Management Practice.
