Liliana Cravo

Liliana Cravo is a seasoned professional in customer success and project management with extensive experience in the IT sector. Currently serving as Principal Customer Success Manager at OutSystems since September 2018, Liliana is dedicated to guiding customers through their digital transformation journeys. Prior to this role, Liliana was the Head of PMO and Senior Project Manager at HAKKEN Group, where responsibilities included establishing project management practices and leading a team of project managers. Further experience includes roles at Novabase IMS as Pre-sales Responsible for Managed Services & Outsourcing and Business Relationship Manager for the Agile Center, as well as various project and sales management positions at Hewlett-Packard and Portugal Telecom. Liliana holds a degree in Computer Engineering from ISEC, the University of Hertfordshire, and ISEP.
