Luis Eduardo Giraldo has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Luis Eduardo started their career in 2003 as a Senior Customer Success Manager at ServiceSource International. Luis Eduardo then moved on to ServiceSource, where they worked as a Senior Manager and later as a Senior Director, focusing on solution design and driving revenue growth. In 2015, Luis joined Oracle as the Director of Strategic Value Services, supporting the Midwest/East Region Applications Sales Team. In 2017, they joined DataStax as a Business Value Consultant and later became the Global Practice Lead for Business Value Consulting. In 2020, Luis joined OutSystems as the Regional Vice President of Value Consulting Americas and is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Customers, where they focus on strategy, execution, and enablement support for OutSystems' GTM teams. Additionally, Luis is a member of the Customer Value Community. Throughout their career, Luis has demonstrated expertise in driving business value, facilitating digital transformation, and building strong customer relationships.
