Sabrina Palacios

Sabrina Palacios is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success across the Americas. Currently serving as RVP, Customer Success at OutSystems since August 2022, Sabrina previously held key roles at Talkwalker, including VP and Head of Customer Success. Prior experience includes senior leadership positions at Operative and a digital sales operations management role at Univision Communications Inc. Sabrina's career began with roles in sales and market management at Splendia and Karisma Hotels. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Florida International University, complemented by studies at Baruch College and CUNY New York City College of Technology.
