Andres Baez

Andrés Báez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andres started their career as a Co-Founder of ACCIS SRL in 2011, where they worked until 2014. Andres then joined L&A Global Service as a Training Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Recruiting Analyst from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they joined Softtek as a Capacity Manager and worked there until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Andrés worked for the Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, initially starting as an SR HR Analyst & Project Manager and later serving as an HR Manager. In 2021, they joined Randstad España as an SR Sourcing Specialist, focusing on Industrial Engineering, and worked there until September 2021. Andres then joined peoplepath as an SR Recruiter & Sourcer, where they provided hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support and developed strong relationships with hiring managers. Currently, Andrés is working at Outvise as an SR Talent Search Consultant, starting in January 2023.
