Amanda Paxton

Amanda Paxton began their career in 2011 as an Assistant Manager at Leonard's. From 2013 to 2016, they worked in operations at MedCallAssist. Amanda then served as a Care Coordinator at MedCall Healthcare Advisors from 2016 to 2018. In 2017, they worked as a Professional Photographer at Leonard's. From 2019 to the present, Amanda has held multiple roles. Amanda worked as a Travel Agent at Pana from July to November 2019. From July 2019 to March 2021, they worked remotely for Instant Teams. Amanda also owned and worked as a Photographer at One Feather Photography from August 2009 to January 2021. In December 2019, they joined OvationCXM as a Technical Support Technician and is currently working as a Corporate Trainer, responsible for training new employees and clients on the OvationCXM platform. Within this role, they have developed training programs and gathered and analyzed data to enhance training and education outcomes.

Amanda Paxton obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from Southern New Hampshire University, which they pursued from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Amanda attended Augusta State University where they focused on Medical Office Management/Administration, but did not complete a degree. Amanda also earned a certification in "How to Manage a Remote Team" from Coursera in January 2022.
