Chris Jones, CFMP

Chris Jones, CFMP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chris is currently the Area VP for Customer Journey & CX Optimization at OvationCXM. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Training & Performance Partner at the Center for Practical Management. Chris also co-founded Jones F.A.M. Enterprises, LLC and served as the CEO.

Chris has held multiple roles at Q2, including Regional Head of New Digital Transformation & Commercial Innovation Partnerships and SVP Client Development, Sr. Regional Manager for Commercial Banking Innovation Partnerships. At Marquis, they worked as the VP and Regional Manager, specializing in enterprise data analytics, CRM/MRM software solutions, and consulting managed services. Chris also worked at Fiserv as the Area VP for Strategic Consulting and Area VP for Survey Solutions.

Earlier in their career, Chris worked at Curinos as the Regional Director for Consulting & Research Partnerships and as the Regional Director for Competitive Intelligence & Market Research Engagements. Chris also served as a Business Development Executive at Curinos. Chris gained experience in the insurance industry as the Director of Field Marketing for Investment & Insurance Strategies at Allianz. Chris started their career in the banking sector, working as a Financial Center Manager and Business Banking Specialist at Flagstar Bank, and as a Registered Investment Advisor for Financial & Retirement Planning at AIG. Throughout their career, Chris has consistently achieved sales production and received recognition for their performance.

Chris Jones, CFMP, received major coursework in Political Science/Pre-Law from Southern University and A&M College- Baton Rouge. Additionally, they attended Emory University where they completed the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management. Jones also holds certifications such as the Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) from the American Bankers Association. Chris obtained the CFMP certification in 2019. Furthermore, they have obtained the FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative certification in 2000. Jones also holds other certifications including the Series 63 Uniform Securities Law, the Licensed Agent - Life | Accident & Sickness | Variable Products, and the Series 65 Investment Advisers Law - Registered Investment Advisor (RIA).
