Vice President of Customer Success at OvationCXM

Michelle Wingfield has a wealth of experience in customer success and support roles. Michelle is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at OvationCXM, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Customer Success at OvationCXM from March 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining OvationCXM, Michelle held various leadership roles at Ventana Medical Systems. Michelle served as the Director of Global Customer Support and Service Functional Lead for Roche Tissue Diagnostics from January 2017 to April 2019. Michelle also held multiple positions at Intuit, Inc. between 2000 and 2007, including Senior Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, Single Point of Contact, and Service Planning Manager.

Michelle's earlier experience includes serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Ventana Medical Systems from May 2008 to January 2014.

Michelle Wingfield has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt in December 2010 and as a Six Sigma Green Belt in June 2002.
