Scott Sommerschield started their work experience in 1999 as a Service Team Lead/ Tech. Support at CrossCom National. Scott then worked as a Project Manager at Southwest Datacom from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, they joined NextiraOne as an Operations Specialist for a year. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at Black Box Network Services as a Sales Engineering and Proposals employee. Scott then joined CenturyLink in 2012 as an Engineer until 2014. Finally, since 2014, they have been working at OvationCXM as a Support Engineer.

Scott Sommerschield attended Illinois State University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration.
