Charles has served at some of the world’s most prestigious venues, such as Walt Disney World’s Epcot Center and Wide World of Sports, the Georgia World Congress Center, and the Georgia Dome, as well as serving in a supportive role for many of North America’s others notable sports venues, convention centers, and gaming facilities.

A native Ohioan, Charles moved to Providence where he earned his associate's degree in culinary arts and bachelor’s degree in food service management from Johnson & Wales University. He also received his MBA with a concentration in marketing from Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, FL.
