Viet Nguyen

Viet Nguyen has a strong background in data science, data engineering, and advanced analytics. Viet started their career at Oracle in 2000 as a Senior Applications Developer. Viet then joined Gap Inc. in 2008 as a Senior Director, leading data engineering and advanced analytics teams. In 2017, they became the Vice President of Data Science at Foodsmart. In 2018, they transitioned to Minted as the Director of Data Engineering. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director of Data Science & Advanced Analytics at Ovative Group.

Viet Nguyen attended Williams College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science. During their time there, they pursued studies in the field of Computer Science. In addition, from 1998 to 1999, they also attended Waseda University, although their degree and field of study for this period are unknown.
