Pam McGonigle PLY has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Pam is currently serving as the Director of Development & Communications at Overbrook School for the Blind. Prior to this, they were the Director of Development at the United States Association of Blind Athletes, where they created and developed a sustainable development program. Pam also worked as the Development Manager at The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration, where they built and implemented various fundraising strategies. Earlier in their career, they served as the Coordinator of Operations & Programs at The Montgomery County Foundation and as the Director of Development at Turning Points for Children and Bethesda Project. Additionally, Pam has a notable athletic background, having been a Four-Time Paralympian for Team USA in track & field.

Pam McGonigle PLY completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a focus on Health & Physical Education from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1990. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Sport Administration from the University of Northern Colorado, which they obtained in 1993.
