Niall Carolan has extensive experience in managerial roles within security and customer support, currently serving as the Manager of GSOC Dedicated Customers at Overhaul since November 2020, following positions as GSOC Supervisor and Watch Officer. Prior to Overhaul, Niall worked as a Control Centre Coordinator at TASK Security & Community Care from 2018 to 2020, and briefly as a Customer Support Representative at Yapstone in 2017. Niall has pursued professional development in effective people management through a QQI Level 6 program at DCM Learning, along with obtaining a Diploma in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Kilroys College in 2014, and studying at B.I.F.E and D.I.F.E from 2008 to 2011.
