Sherri Moyen

Sherri Moyen serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Overhaul since March 2024, previously holding the same position at Conductor from November 2021 to May 2023. Before that, Sherri was the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Alvaria, Inc. after its rebranding from Aspect Software, where Sherri served in various senior financial roles, including Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer. Additional experience includes roles at HeartWare Inc., IONA Technologies, 3Com Corporation, Skyworks Solutions Inc., and Allmerica Financial Corporation, focusing on financial reporting, compliance, and special projects throughout a diverse career. Sherri holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Nichols College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University.
