Michael Davis

Michael Davis is the Co-Founder, CEO, and General Partner of Homegrown, a revenue-based financing company established in July 2023 that provides non-dilutive growth capital to high-performing, multi-location brick-and-mortar businesses. In addition to current roles at Homegrown and as a Board Member at Bucknell University's Management School, Michael serves as a Venture Partner at Overline since March 2021. Previously, Michael held significant positions at Microsoft as Principal in Growth & Incubation and Ally.io as Head of Strategic Services & CX Design. Early career experience includes serving as Engagement Manager at Monitor Deloitte and as part of the Management Development Program at Deloitte. Michael holds a B.A. with Honors and High Distinction in Economics and Classics from Bucknell University.
