Rachel Ware

Rachel Ware is a driven professional with extensive experience in client engagement and implementation management at Oversight, where Rachel has held multiple roles including Manager Client Experience and Client Engagement Manager since 2014. Rachel leads a team of consultants to optimize operational efficiencies in managing corporate spend, ensuring successful software implementation and high customer satisfaction. Currently, as a Marsh McLennan RISE Fellow, Rachel focuses on the intersection of social justice and business leadership. Rachel holds an MBA in Product and Service Innovation from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Emory University.
