Pamela Boyd

Pamela Boyd, LSSGB, currently serves as the Technical Support Operations Manager and previously held the position of Client Data Analyst, Sr at Oversight since November 2020. Prior to this role, Pamela was a Technical Consultant at Tungsten Network for a brief period, and served as a Coding Instructor at Atlanta Metropolitan State College in June 2020, where coding and technical concepts were introduced to high school students in the Clayton County Upward Bound program. From February 2017 to April 2020, Pamela worked at CareerBuilder in various roles including Project Manager II and Senior Software Implementation Engineer. Earlier experience includes positions at The Home Depot, Liaison Technologies, EasyLink Services International Corporation, and The National Museum of Patriotism. Pamela holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.
