Somi(Dasom) Hwang

Somi (Dasom) Hwang has worked in various roles since 2016. In 2016, they were an Instructional Coordinator for ISOAPPLE, Inc. and a Curriculum Designer/Instructor for Sejong Art Academy. In 2017, they were the Parade Art Director for the Pyeongchang Organizing Committee for the 2018 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games. In 2018, they were a Graphic Designer/Curriculum Designer for CreArtBot Corporation. In 2019, they were a Visual Curriculum Designer for Innov8 XR, a Graphic Designer (Project Assistant) for the University of Wisconsin–Madison Department of Biochemistry, and a Product Designer/Game Designer for EDesign Studio. Currently, Somi is a Creative Designer for oVice, Inc. and a Content Producer for visang.

Somi (Dasom) Hwang completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Kookmin University in 2018. Somi(Dasom) then went on to pursue their Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, Somi has obtained certifications from various institutions, including CSS Essential Training and HTML Essential Training from LinkedIn in 2020, CPR/First Aid from the American Heart Association in 2019, World Friends ICT Volunteers Program 2018 from NIA (National Information Society Agency) in 2018, and Youth Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid USA in 2019.
