Tim Hillis has extensive experience in the energy industry, specifically in air quality engineering. During their time at Cimarex Energy Co., Tim played a crucial role in implementing a methane emission program, which helped the company quantify its carbon footprint and develop procedures to reduce methane emissions. Currently at Ovintiv, Tim serves as the Manager of US Federal Air Quality, where Tim tracks emissions performance towards corporate goals and provides guidance on emission reduction projects. Additionally, Tim is actively involved in industry trade groups to influence future rulemaking and develop ESG frameworks. As a Senior Air Advisor and Air Compliance Engineer, Tim continues to play a significant role in ensuring environmentally responsible practices in the industry.
