Rangga's career also includes significant experience at PT VADS Indonesia, where roles spanned from Customer Data Analyst to Contact Center Supervisor, managing operational teams and overseeing performance metrics. Rangga holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Universitas Gadjah Mada, earned between 2000 and 2005.
