Rogerio Mota

Rogerio Mota is a Senior Product Designer with experience in leading user-centric design initiatives for mobile app development and strategic redesigns to enhance user engagement and business outcomes. Prior to their current role, Rogerio served as the Principal Product Designer at Monocle, where Rogerio led a team of five in driving digital innovation. Additionally, Rogerio co-founded Blnk Photography and Design, where Rogerio served as the Creative Lead, managing significant projects and digital marketing efforts. Rogerio also co-founded TubeRadio, a music video streaming web app, and worked as a Print and Web Designer at Evolution Squared. Rogerio holds a BFA in Graphic Design and Photography from Bowling Green State University.
