Jonathan Dixon

Jonathan Dixon has a diverse work experience. Jonathan started their career at Canyon Lake Marina in 2010 as an Assistant Rental Manager. In this role, they supervised rental boat operations, managed dock maintenance, worked as a cashier, and ordered merchandise. In 2015, they joined OVS Group as a Training Assistant, where they documented software platforms and workflows, published documents for the knowledge base, and updated training course material. Jonathan then transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator at OVS Group in 2016. In this position, they coordinated activities, resources, and information for various internal and external projects. Jonathan worked closely with clients and sales teams to define project requirements and implemented scope. Jonathan held weekly progress meetings to update all project stakeholders and tracked deliverables.

Jonathan Dixon completed their high school education from Foster High School from 2003 to 2007, earning a High School Diploma. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at Texas State University from 2007 to 2013, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Language and Literature. In addition to their formal education, Jonathan obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in December 2018.
