Leslie Cushing

Leslie Cushing is a seasoned professional in human resources and aquatic management, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Owen J. Roberts School District since February 2023. Prior to this role, Leslie worked as a Human Resources Payroll Manager at Ballymore Safety Ladders & Lifts from April 2021 to February 2023. From March 2019 to April 2021, Leslie was the Advanced Aquatics Director at YMCA of Greater Brandywine, overseeing a comprehensive aquatic department, including multiple pools and programs. Earlier experience includes serving as an Aquatic Trainer and Certified Pool Operator at Johnston Health from November 2014 to February 2019.
