Jamie Trabbic

Vice President, Global Talent at Owens Corning

Jamie Trabbic has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jamie began their career as a Senior Student Supervisor of Ticketing Services at Wharton Center for Performing Arts, where they managed student employees and implemented an employee recognition program. Jamie then worked at Toledo Cultural Arts Center at The Valentine Theatre as an Executive Assistant and House Manager, where they coordinated a gala fundraiser and trained volunteer ushers. Jamie also served as an Organization Development Consultant at The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc., where they provided consulting services and support. Jamie later joined Sky Financial Group as a Change Management Consultant, where they managed communication and progress tracking for system implementation and led a company-wide diversity program. Jamie then joined HCR ManorCare as an Organization Development Consultant and later became the Manager of Learning Assessment and Strategy. In these roles, they conducted assessments, developed and implemented learning strategies, and led the selection and implementation of a learning management system. Jamie then transitioned to Cornerstone OnDemand as a Client Success Manager, where they provided talent management solutions consultation to clients. Most recently, Jamie has been working at Owens Corning. Jamie started as a Learning Strategy Leader and then became the Learning & Development Leader, where they led learning and development initiatives and oversaw the learning technology team. Jamie then held the position of Learning & Development Director, where they led the global learning and development function for Owens Corning. Currently, they serve as the Vice President, Global Talent, where they are responsible for talent management on a global scale.

Jamie Trabbic obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a specialization in Public Relations from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. They later pursued a Master of Organization Development degree at Bowling Green State University from 2005 to 2006. In 2012, Jamie obtained a certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) from the Association for Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD).
