Luca Riva

Luca Riva is an experienced professional with a strong background in sourcing operations, supply chain management, and operations leadership. Currently serving as the European Sourcing Leader for Owens Corning since October 2012, Luca oversees sourcing operations for MRO and Indirect categories across 20 sites in 15 countries, managing significant supplier relationships. Previous roles at Owens Corning include Category Manager and Operations Manager. Prior experience at Avery Dennison involved leading printing and finishing operations, while early career roles included production planning at Candy Group. Luca holds a degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, complemented by studies in project management and advanced negotiations at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and INSEAD, respectively.
