Paula Russell

Russell became chief human resources officer in April of 2019. She leads the Human Resource centers of excellence where she has responsibility for the strategy and alignment of Owens Corning’s talent management, total rewards, and Human Resource systems to drive company performance. Russell joined Owens Corning in 1999 through its finance leadership development program and transitioned to Human Resources early in career to fulfill a variety of roles across the enterprise, including manufacturing, corporate, science & technology, and the Composites business.
