Jadwiga Gancarz

Jadwiga Gancarz is a seasoned professional in the glass packaging industry, currently serving as a Coating and Lehr Engineer at O-I since December 2014, where responsibilities include supporting global plant operations for surface treatment and annealing lehrs, addressing quality issues, and overseeing daily operations. Previously, as a Coating and Lehr Specialist in EU Engineering, Jadwiga provided coating support, conducted hood audits, and optimized annealing lehr operations across various European locations. Jadwiga also gained valuable experience as an Internship Trainee at MTU Aero Engines in the Manufacturing Engineering Rotor Components department. Jadwiga holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza and has completed postgraduate studies in Technology and Glass Processing at AGH University of Krakow.
