Lindsay Newsome is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in process optimization, strategic sourcing, and inventory management. Currently serving as a Process & Systems Analyst at O-I since May 2016, Lindsay focuses on enhancing processes and systems within the supply chain, developing key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting global procurement and logistics initiatives. Previous roles at Owens Corning included Supply Chain Leader and Sourcing Specialist, where Lindsay successfully led teams, negotiated cost reductions, and optimized freight costs. Lindsay's career began in community relations with the Carolina Mudcats, followed by a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management and Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
