Matthew Kirian

Matthew Kirian serves as the Director & Grants Manager at the Northwest Ohio Innovation Consortium (NOIC), a position held since December 2023, where responsibilities include fostering industrial innovation through collaborative partnerships. Concurrently, Matthew fulfills the role of MAGMA Technology Development & Deployment Project Manager and previously served as a MAGMA Project Analyst at O-I since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Community Development Analyst at Getting Healthy Zone, Civil and Transportation Engineering Associate at Abonmarche Consultants, and Civil Engineering Associate at Troyer Group. Matthew's early career features a Project Innovation Intern position at enFocus Inc and various roles at the University of Notre Dame, including Research Assistant. Matthew holds a BS and BA in Civil/Environmental Engineering and Economics from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 2017.
