Tara Williams

Tara Williams is currently employed as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at O-I. Prior to this, Tara worked at Amazon as a Technical Recruiter. With a strong background in recruiting and staffing, Tara also held roles at Aerotek, including On-Premise Account Executive at Volkswagen Group of America, Account Recruiting Manager at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, and Recruiter Lead. Tara graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor's Degree.
