Taylor Critchfield

Taylor Critchfield has diverse experience in engineering and management roles, currently serving as a Line Leader, Assistant Quality Manager, and Project Engineer at O-I since August 2020. Previously, Taylor completed two co-op positions at The Chemours Company, where responsibilities included data management for Mechanical Integrity and Quality Assurance Initiatives and improving equipment reliability. Earlier work experience includes serving as a Sandwich Artist at Subway and a Counter Attendant and Donut Decorator at Peace, Love and Little Donuts, where an Employee of the Month award was received. Taylor holds a degree from The University of Toledo, completed between 2016 and 2020.
