Mackensey Bell, CFA, has accumulated extensive experience in financial analysis and investment management since joining Owens MacFadyen Group Inc. in September 2016, progressing through roles from Financial Analyst to Advisor Associate. Prior experience includes serving as Fund Manager for the Sobey School of Business IMPACT Fund, where oversight of a $450,000 student-run investment portfolio involved training research associates and conducting deep financial analyses. In addition, Mackensey contributed to academic research as a Research Assistant for Dr. Najah Attig, focusing on corporate governance across TSX-listed firms. Early career experience at Scotiabank involved verifying client information as a Funding Support Officer and performing pivotal financial analyses as a Research Associate at the IMPACT Fund. Mackensey earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Finance major from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University.
