Jenna McCallum

Jenna McCallum is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the logistics and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Area Director of Operations at Owens & Minor since June 2019, Jenna has progressed through various operational roles within the company. Prior to joining Owens & Minor, Jenna held several management positions at Amazon, where responsibilities included overseeing outbound operations and learning initiatives. At Pacific Dental Services, Jenna managed both front and back office operations, focusing on enhancing patient experiences. Earlier roles at Target involved leading logistics and sales teams, while Jenna also contributed to marketing and community outreach efforts with organizations such as Students Impacting Communities, the Minnesota Vikings, and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Jenna holds an MBA from Bethel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota.
